Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

We collect the following categories of data: identification data (name, email, phone), authentication data (encrypted passwords, tokens), usage data (searches, favorites, alerts), technical data (device, OS version, IP), location data (only with explicit consent).

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data to: provide and improve services, personalize user experience, send alerts and notifications, analyze and improve the platform, marketing communications (only with consent), comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

Data may be shared with: real estate agents (when you contact an agent), service providers (hosting, analytics), authorities (when required by law). We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Our partners are contractually obligated to respect data confidentiality.

4. Data Security

We implement rigorous security measures: SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, encrypted password storage (bcrypt), restricted database access, continuous system monitoring, regular data backups.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR Regulation, you have the following rights: right of access to personal data, right to rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to data portability, right to object to processing, right to withdraw consent.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use: session tokens (for authentication), analytics (for platform improvement), push notifications (with explicit consent). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained: while the account is active, maximum 3 years after last use, 30 days after deletion request (for backup). Anonymized data may be retained for statistical analysis.

8. Minors

The North Bucharest platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
